Ordering Information

We've designed our site to make ordering your EcoFuels as simple and intuitive as possible. Simply choose your product using the links on the left, select the quantity you require and add it to the cart. Following the prompts, complete the fields in the checkout and submit your order. We use Sagepay as our secure payment gateway, so your personal details are safe. Sagepay are renown for their world class security.

Once we have your order we'll despatch it and it will normally be with you in 2 or 3 working days. If there is an issue or change to this we will let you know.

Our core product range is stocked in our Lincoln depot in large quantities and we strive to always have sufficient stocks to meet demand.

In the rare event of supply issues or product shortages, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative of similar quality and specification. We will let you know if this is the case and give you the option to accept the alternative, wait for your preferred product to come back into stock or cancel your order. Please rest assured we only supply good quality EcoFuels from reputable suppliers. No harm will come to your stove or boiler for substituting one good quality briquette for another. If you have a preferred type of briquette, please let us know as we may be able to meet your requirements.


Discounts:
Our prices should be highly competitive in the market for the quantities stated based on quality, delivery time and customer service and reliability. If you require more than 5 tonnes, or for deliveries outside mainland england please call us directly on 01522 509383 and speak to one of our logistics experts.

White Label Resellers / 3rd Party Deliveries:
If you're ordering EcoFuel briquettes for delivery direct to your customer please let us know. If you email us a delivery note on your own paperwork, we will attach it to the pallet in order to strengthen your brand. We can handle multiple deliveries to different depots on a national basis as required.

PLC, Public Sector and NHS Customers
Please email or fax (01522 509384) your purchase order and we will do the rest. Please state to delivery address and the invoice address clearly. We will do the rest. Automatic credit accouts are available.
